Dr. Billy Clinton Johnson

Dr. Billy Johnson holds a PhD in Molecular Biology/Microbiology and Doctor of Medicine (MD) from the University of Florida in Gainesville, Florida, USA. He completed his residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the Maimonides Medical Center in Brooklyn, New York, USA. Dr. Johnson practiced as a board-certified physician in Virginia and Connecticut, USA and more recently at the John F. Kennedy Medical Center, in Monrovia, Liberia. He is the Founder and President of Ultimate Health Plus in Cranston, Rhode Island, USA. In addition, he has written many articles for medical and scientific journals. He has appeared on NBC (Turnto 10), CBS, and ION Television Network, “For the Record” with Ann Karrick, including Radio/Internet show with Sue Vagan Radio/Internet show: and ELBC, Liberia. Dr. Johnson also served as a member of the Task Force Research Team (NIH/PREVAIL) on Ebola (2014-2020) in Liberia.

Dr. Billy Johnson is a researcher (in Metabolic Syndrome and Inflammatory Diseases), Educator, Author, Speaker, and Entrepreneur. Author of "Prescription for Healthy Weight Loss & Optimum Health", and also "New Prescription for Childhood Obesity". Dr. Johnson’s current research and investigation deal with COVID-19. According to Dr. Johnson, “it seems our best strategy currently and even after vaccines are available is to “Stimulate the Immune and Energy Systems while suppressing the inflammatory system”. For example, a powerful Natural Plant and Essential Fatty Acids –Based Anti-antioxidants and Anti-inflammatory Modulator Cocktail that can stimulate Metabolic (energy) production naturally, boosts the Immune System (IgG, IgM, T-cells), and block Pro-inflammatory Cytokines (causing the “Cytokine Storm”) --- can effectively block the respiratory collapse and prevent multi-organ failures.”

Metabolic Syndrome: Modern Man’s Greatest Health Threat

Another area of interest to Dr. Johnson is the prevention and treatment of a cluster of medical conditions known as metabolic syndrome diseases. Underlined by insulin resistance, metabolic syndrome diseases are the modern world greatest threat to health and longevity. Dr. Johnson says, “Insulin resistance and the metabolic syndrome diseases overtly cause inflammation, and its outcomes as high cholesterol, high blood sugar, obesity, damage to tissues and organs which result into death-threatening problems like low energy and chronic diseases, such as diabetes, heart disease, stroke, hypertension, cancer, arthritis, respiratory problems (asthma), Alzheimer’s arthritis, premature aging and many other diet and lifestyle inflammatory diseases.”

Obesity is defined as having a high body mass index – and is one of the leading risk factors for the primary cause of death globally, due to heart disease, stroke, diabetes, hypertension, and cancer. To understand the seriousness of these diseases globally the statistics are grim:

650 million adults are obese; approximately 463 million adults have type 2 diabetes and this will rise to 700 million by 2045; cardiovascular diseases are the number 1 cause of death globally, accounting for an estimated 17.9 million deaths each year; an estimated 1.13 billion people worldwide suffer from hypertension, most living in low-and middle-income countries; cancer cause nearly 10 million deaths yearly, and the most common types of cancer are breast (2.26 million cases) and lung (2.21 million cases).

Dr. Johnson points out that type 2 diabetes is one of the fastest growing chronic diseases universally causing a lot of human suffering in modern times – current statistics note:

  • About 75% of people with diabetes will die of heart attack and stroke

  • 20-50% will experience kidney failure (with 50% dying within 5 years of going on kidney dialysis)

  • 80,000 people with poorly controlled diabetes will undergo amputations per year (40% of amputees will die within 5 years of the amputation due to various complications)

  • 85% of diabetics will suffer from retinopathy leading to blindness. In the United States, it is the leading cause of preventable blindness

  • Three times more diabetes suffer from depression (depression can lead to suicide and other social problems, such as drug and alcohol abuse, and an increase in family discord and divorce

  • Two times more diabetics suffer from dementia and Alzheimer’s disease (loss of memory)

  • Diabetes robs about 10 to 19 years from your lifespan. In essence diabetes makes you age faster and die prematurely.

Risk Factors for Metabolic Syndrome

You are at an increased risk of metabolic syndrome diseases and insulin resistance if you have two or more of these conditions:

  • Obesity: Too much fat around the belly (waist measurement of 40 inches or more for men and 35 inches or more for women)

  • High blood pressure (above 130/80)

  • Fasting blood sugar greater than 100 mg/dl

  • High triglycerides (higher than 150 mg/dl)

  • Low HDL (good cholesterol) under 40 mg/dl

“The good news is that you can significantly reduce your chance of getting any of these metabolic diseases or suffer serious complications by modifying the risk factors that apply to you, especially if you are genetically predisposed” Dr. Johnson explains.

Dr. Johnson first became interested in metabolic syndrome diseases in 1997 after losing his older brother to heart attack secondary to type 2 diabetes. Shortly afterwards, Dr. Johnson himself was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes and high cholesterol- and through his research and experimentation over the years found out that diabetes and other inflammatory metabolic conditions can be prevented, or even reversed if caught early or controlled even in the advanced cases by modification of diet (antioxidant and anti-inflammatory rich nutrient foods), including lifestyle and behavioral modification (such as physical activity, stress management, etc.). “Current approach that is heavily relying on drugs and medications only treat the symptoms and not the underlying root causes, and that is the problem with conventional treatment”. Dr. Johnson explains.

“Developing countries have the answers right there in their own backyard”, Dr. Johnson pointed out. “Scientists are finding out that in order for your body and DNA (genes) to work properly depend on what you do, such as what you eat and your life style—like too much manmade fats (trans fats), processed foods, fast foods, genetically modified products starches and refined sugars (high fructose corn syrup), too much salt, too much alcohol, smoking, not drinking enough water, too much stress & anxiety, not getting enough sleep or rest, not getting regular exercise, not getting enough sunlight, including exposure to environmental hazards such as pesticides, industrial pollutants, and toxins.

All of these can damage your body proteins, enzymes, DNA and telomere. But most of these can be prevented particularly in developing nations with limited resources, by adapting healthy eating and lifestyle habits, including exposure to adequate sunlight which are the best natural medicine available in abundance, and doesn’t cause toxicity like medications and drugs.

“The best defense against the damage to your body and DNA by free radicals are the powerful Antioxidants and Anti-inflammatory phytonutrients found in foods grown “organically” or soil unpolluted by pesticides, industrial pollutants, and most importantly, are allowed to ripe properly, instead of artificially”. Dr. Johnson pointed out.

Dr. Johnson’s current research has led him to develop an immune and energy boosting formula, which is mainly an Antioxidant & Anti-inflammatory Modulator Cocktail designed to strengthen the immune system and metabolic (energy) systems-----that can neutralize damaging oxidative free radicals, and by so doing protect your DNA, telomere, proteins, and the immune system. The formula has been tested on a number of patients during the height of the Ebola outbreak. For example, Dr. Ireland, Dr. Senga, and Dr. Cox are the list of people that experimented with the formula and had remarkable results as evidenced by testimonials that have been provided by them on TV networks like CNN, BBC, ELBC, etc. More recently, the Modulator Cocktail helped a visiting Nigerian professor at the JFK medical center to recover from COVID-19 infection after he tested positive and became severely ill.
